500 server error

500 server error was created by stefano.leone
Hi,
I was trying to develop a plugin prototype and suddenly all REST requests get 500 server error.
I disabled my plugin, try to call the user plugin just to check but jBackend doesn't run anymore.

How can I debug the problem? What could I did to crash all the other services?

Hi Luigi,
If I go under log directory I see error.php and joomla_update.php.

In error.php I found no error related to jbackend.

Am I looking in the right place?

Nope,
I meant, check the apache error log. It will report exactly the PHP error message. Usually is in the same folder of access log.

Hi,
I just sent a request and got the 500 server error.
I grep the error.log (tracing at debug level) but I can't find an error.

other ideas?

Yes,
you could send me an email at info(at)selfget.com so we can schedule a remote support session with Team Viewer. In your email, please, provide me some initial information about the jBackend endpoint URL, so I test the 500 by myself.
