We are using the community edition with j 3.4.5 we set a redirect and activated it but the site still points to the original url.
Does the community edition work with 3.4.5?

Yes,
probably there's a problem with your rule (e.g. special chars not escaped).

Hi,
the From URL field is wrong, it cannot include macros. If you post here the value I can tell you how to change it.

You have "Request only" set to true and your URL includes domain. Try to change the From URL as follow:
From URL: ^/index\.php/component/tags/tag/5-energy$
