But in the screenshots the "ó" disappear. So, please, check you are using the same "strings" for plugin settings, Joomla groups, and CB field values.

Another request is, send me a screenshot of your CB field. I don't see it. You should have a field in the user profile named "cb_tipodeusuario", with 2 possible values, "Viajero" and "Propietario". Send me a screenshot.

Another possible support I could provide you is a remote session were you access your backend and share the screen with me. In this way I could check your live settings and fix the issue.

This is the method I usually use when the backend access is not possible. We should just schedule a TeamViewer session.
