I am having problems assigning users to their designated groups. I have Community Builder Profile Pro installed and I do not know if this can be a problem?

The first step with the registration process is to have the user select whether they are a coach or athlete using the community builder profile pro component. The user selects whether they are an athlete or a coach, this brings up the suitable registration form as the registration form for an athlete is different from that of a coach.



After the suitable registration form comes up, the applicant can fill out the community builder profile pro registration form and the "register as" select box is what I am using to place them into different user groups.





However after the user completes the registration process, athlete or coach, they are both being placed into the "registered group" which is the parent group of both athlete and coach







Please let me know what I am doing wrong.
