Hi,
I have the following user group situation
- Registered
- Type 1
- Type 2
With Auto group, I want to assign users to Type 1 or Type 2.
My Auto group plugin settings look like that:
cb_usergroup;Type 1;Type 1;true
cb_usergroup;Type 2;Type 2;true
It's basically working. When I register a user, the user gets member of the selected type (user is then member of the group 'Registered' and the selected subtype).
BUT: every second time when I change the type, it does not work. The user is unregistered from the current subgroup (due to 'true' param) and remains solely in 'Registered', but the new setting (i.e. the newly selected subgroup) is not assigned. If I repeat the assignment (the user now is only member of 'Registered'), the assignment is working.
Any ideas, how this issue can be solved? Thanks,
Peter

Hi Peter,
not clear when you say "but the new setting (i.e. the newly selected subgroup) is not assigned".
Could you please post a screenshot of the cb_usergroup field settings?
Thanks
Luigi

Hi Luigi,
thanks for your fast reply.
Attached you'll find some screenshots. I added all relevant settings (files start with 'settings_') as well the steps how to reproduce the problem (files with a 2 digit number as prefix are the steps).

Hi Peter,
can we schedule a remote support session with Team Viewer? I would like to check your backend settings. If this is possible, send me an email at info(at)selfget.com.
