I am a newbie and can not figure out how to plugin to the country/state fields on my CB registration form. Please assist with the procedure. Thanks.

of course I could support you. Just take a look at this page:

Here you can find all needed information to setup cslookup. If the problem still persists, I could setup the plugin for you. I need to know the URL address (non SEF). You can send me a PM at info(at)selfget.com if you prefer.
