I disabled CSLookup and entered 5 countries. The function works, selecting it on the applications selects it on the reviews.

You can use the login information I emailed to you earlier, it's a superuser account.

Now it works. Just changed the field type to a simple field. In this way Fabrik don't mess with CSLookup and all works.
