I am using Community Builder with Community Builder Profile Pro to show custom profiles for each usertype. ProfilePro uses a similar field substitution as CB.

It appears that CSLookup is conflicting with CB profilePro. (javascript maybe?)

When the edit profile page is displayed, the next field disappears after the country field.
If I place country as the last field, then the modules on the left shift off screen.
(attached image shows Zipcode field which should show under Country.



CSLookup does function correctly other than this.
Country and State lookup correctly and then save to the database.
