Hello. I want to use this plugin for making submission form more powerful but I have no idea how to configure it. Please help & thanks for the time you are using for us.

I used this code in th configuration:

option=com_zoo,view=submission;Itemid=114;country;State

But it is not working

Hi,
I cannot see the form fields on your link, but I'm assuming "country" and "State" are the HTML id of the fields you want to replace (case sensitive). So, try this:
option=com_zoo,view=submission;country;State
