csLook up not populating list with joomla3 commun

csLook up not populating list with joomla3 commun was created by aparna
I need your help configuring the CSLookup v2.3 plugin's parameters.
I installed plugin in my joomla 3 but it not populating list of country and state.
When check error consol it shows following error:
Error: ReferenceError: populateCountryValue is not defined.
Error: ReferenceError: populateStateValue is not defined.

My plugin settings are below:
option=com_comprofiler,view=registers;cb_country;cb_state.

Please reply as early as possible.

It seems a problem related to your javascript env and not to your settings. Sorry.
