Im sorry but what exactly do you mean "exclude jBackend paths"?

The URL:

dev.rapidassign.com/v2

Is the jBackend menu item created to expose web services. This is the base path to exclude, so ANY URL starting with this should be excluded:

dev.rapidassign.com/v2
dev.rapidassign.com/v2/
dev.rapidassign.com/v2//
dev.rapidassign.com/v2///
...
