Hello Luigi,
Heed help to receive more details about the error from scheduler response
{
"status": "ok",
"batch_size": 10,
"sent": 1,
"success": 0,
"failure": 1
}
Using the same .pem file uploaded for my app with device token registered with others online tools are working fine (the test notification is received). The notification scheduled is sent but not received on device. I think there is a error from Apple's server and don't know it to investigate why the notifications never reach the device.
Best Regards,

Thank You Luigi for your investigation.
Conclusion: Check the server permission for ssl://gateway.push.apple.com:2195 first before using push notifications plugin.
