Pushing data to Joomla database from Client was created by Vikas
I want to change some details of article from client side.
For example, I want to change rating of article from client side. How can I do it?

How can it be done? Is there any guide to do it?

The content plugin doesn't support articles editing. You should create a plugin for this (or ask for a quote) Please, consider also all security aspects (i.e. publish the plugin on a dedicated API protected endpoint).
