Hello,

We are using the jBackend, on try to get the article we are having the following error
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class ContentModelArticle in /home/cybernew/public_html/web/components/com_content/models/article.php on line 0

We are using the 3rd part component CW Multicategories(extensions.cesky-web.eu/extensions/cw-multicategories)

Please let us know how we can make the jbackend compatible with the current component. I am sending the cpanel info.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Frank,
first let me ask you some details. Can you tell me how to replicate the scenario to get the error message? I mean, is this a message you get in the JSON response from a jBackend endpoint?

Thanks,
Luigi

Hello,

Yes correct, we go this when we try to get the article json data.
For example, when we try to access the article id#201008 like cybernewspr.com/web/index.php?option=com_jbackend&view=request&action=get&module=content&resource=articles&id=201008 or by Postman we get the 500 internal server error message.

On turning on the Error Reporting to Development in Joomla admin under configuration >> Server tab. We can see the error clearly which I am attaching to this reply.

Let us know if you need any other details.

I think I have an idea about the problem. Probably CW Multicategories inherit from content model but to verify it and find a work around I need to test it locally (I need CW Multicategories) or to make some changes on your site (of course I don't prefer this way). If you like, send me a PM at info(at)selfget.com.

Kind regards,
Luigi

Sorry Frank, but I had to remove the download link from your post. It is a payed extension so it is not fair to allow free downloads for everyone.

BTW, I will check it and we will follow up by email.
