Cannot download jBackend although paid was created by feitdept
Dear Selfget Support,

I just paid up the subscription on jBackend. I logged in and try to download the package, it says Please login to download. I am sure I am already login and the subscription payment shows "completed". Would you kindly help.

Hi Ken,
I just checked and you bought a subscription to jBackend Release System, not to jBackend (is a different subscription with a different price). BTW, I have manually changed it for you so now you should be able to download jBackend.
