Content Module post to create new articles was created by pieter@obix.nl
Hi,

Am I missing something, or is it not possible to post new articles with the jBackend Content Mouule?

Replied by pieter@obix.nl on topic Content Module: create new categories & articles
Hi,

I purchased jBackend yesterday because it looks very promising. What I don't see in the documentation though, is the ability to create categories and articles. Am I missing something or is it not (yet) implemented?

Hi Pieter
The content module included in the package is intended for frontend use and allows only reading content. You can find API documentation here:

www.selfget.com/documentation/jbackend-joomla30/content-module-api.html

If you need to create content though API it would be better to have a protected endpoint and you should use an "admin" plugin. At the moment I don't have any but it would be easy to implement.

Kind regards
Luigi
