of course you can use jBackend to provide you the skeleton for exposing REST API. jBackend is extensible with plugins to support virtually any extension, including this one. But I do not have this plugin available, so you could start from jBackend Community and build the plugin or hire a programmer to do this. Here you can find all required information for developers:
