hi,

i have a small problem .. which i didn't consider ... i have also such urls:
www.mydomain.com/blog/flash/253-10-new-tips
www.mydomain.com/blog/flash/58-5-new-advice
i want it to redirect to:
www.mydomain.com/blog/flash/10-new-tips
www.mydomain.com/blog/flash/5-new-advice

but using this redirect, they are redirected to:
www.mydomain.com/blog/flash/new-tips
www.mydomain.com/blog/flash/new-advice
so there give 404 error codes.

is there any way to achieve what i need?
what is "skip" field about? ... i haven't found any examples in docs ...

thank you very much,
Andrey

The problem is that you get a double redirect (you can check it by yourself). The URL:

www.mydomain.com/blog/flash/253-10-new-tips

Matches the rule and is redirected to:

www.mydomain.com/blog/flash/10-new-tips

But this too matches the rule (again) so is redirected to:

www.mydomain.com/blog/flash/new-tips

Unfortunately I cannot see a way to distinguish 253-10-new-tips from 10-new-tips. A solution could be to change the slug from 253-10-new-tips to 253-10_new-tips or 253-10new-tips.

Kind regards,
Luigi
