HI Support!

I am trying to use REDJ as I have heard it was the best extension for redirects and wanted to try the community edition before getting the full version.

I am trying to install on Joomla 3, but getting this error:

"Error

The alias com-redj-menu-redj is already being used by COM_REDJ_MENU_REDJ menu item in the menu (remember it may be a trashed item)."

"Warning

Error building Administrator Menus."

It says it was installed successfully but I cannot see it under my components menu?

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing but same issue still.

We managed to fix it. The menus were created, apparently from a half install, and we had to delete them from the menu (administrator) section. Then we reinstalled and it worked.

Although I dont know why REDJ is not working for us. We want to buy full version but we cant even get the free version to work. We have tried all day.

We only have a few directs we trying to get work before doing them all and not winning.
