After changing the menu structure I have a lot of 404

The job of redj should be easy but the user is to weak.

I want to delete this part "kompetenz-akademie/health-literacy-top/"

I was trying a lot, for example
FROM: ^/kompetenz-akademie/health-literacy-top/*$
TO: www.derkompetenzentwickler.at/gesundheitskompetenz-blog/item/*$

or
health-literacy-top/gesundheitskompetenz-blog/item to www.derkompetenzentwickler.at/gesundheitskompetenz-blog/item/.*

It should be easy, but not for me. I am frustrated ..
Please can you help me?

I read a lot of post but I can not solve the problem.
One Information at the beginning there are some other domains in the background – but the redirect is working (.htaccess).
