As already told you in the email, it seems the siteurl macro doesn't work properly on your server.

It returns:

www.funx.nl/index.php/muziek/

Instead of:

www.funx.nl/

And this cause the loop. I'd like to understand the problem but I should install a "debug" version on your test site, so I don't think is a good idea for you. To fix your rule just replace {siteurl} with {host} macro on the live site. It should works.
