Can't work out redirect. was created by hobbit666

I know it's going to be something simple but I can't get my redirect to work.

This is the old URL from the old website (Not done in Joomla)
pc-q.co.uk/index.php?pg=remotesupport

I need to redirect that to
www.pc-q.co.uk/index.php/pcq-support/remote-support

Here is a screenshot of that I have in the admin panel

Hi,
create a rule as follow:

From URL: ^/index.php\?pg=remotesupport$
To URL: http://{siteurl}/index.php/pcq-support/remote-support
Request only: TRUE

Don't forget to enable ReDJ plugin.

very quick response thx.

I was nearly there when playing around just had the / & \ in wrong places

But now working
