Category in URL was created by virusys

I have a current page: www.virusys.com/cytomegalovirus-%28cmv%29/cmv-antigens/cmv-purified-glycoproteins-lot-d1034174/ . As you can see, the category is part of the URL.
The corresponding URL at my new website does not include the category (test.virusys.com/cmv-antigens/cmv-purified-glycoproteins-lot-d1034174).
I have ReDJ configured as pictured in the attachment.
I need to go to the current page, change the www to test and find the correct page at the test site. That way, all my existing Google links will find the page at the new site.
It currently does not work - what am I doing wrong?

Try this:

From URL: ^/cytomegalovirus-(cmv)/
To URL: http://{siteurl}/{pathltrim /cytomegalovirus-(cmv)/}{queryfull}
Request only: true
Decode URL: true

Of course you need a rule for each category.
