Hi, thank you for you extension is very good !

My old site was www.mysite.net/in_this_directory

my new site is : www.mysite.net

how can redirect all from /in_this_directory to www.mysite.net

Hi,
create a rule as follow:

From URL: ^/in_this_directory
To URL: {scheme}://{siteurl}{pathltrim /in_this_directory}{queryfull}

Just replace "in_this_directory" with the real name of your old subfolder.

hi, if I add this in .htaccess there is an error

Go to ReDJ Manager and add a new redirection rule. If you still have problems, just tell me which Joomla version are you using, an I will provide you a screenshot.
