the redirect works great, is normal that redirect have this address: "mysite.net/?"

Sorry, I don't understand the question. mysite.net is the dummy site you used to explain your question. But the rule has {siteurl} macro, so redirect should work for your domain. Could you, please, be more detailed?

hi, I would like that all pages in a old rirectory redirect to my root

ex: www.mysite.net/my.old.directory/pages.here.I.want redirect.all.to.the.root

root: www.mysite.net

now, whit your code, the redirect works only whit the my.old.directory and not whit all page in ald.directory

Try this:

From URL: ^/my.old.directory/
To URL: http://{siteurl}/

Any URL under /my.old.directory/ will be redirected to the HP.
