hits counter is still zero so rule is not working. Please, send me a dump of ReDJ table (screenshot is not so explicit) and the full to call (I don't know the domain). You can post here or send an email at info(at)selfget.com.

Hi Jasper,
to solve the issue I need a way to see your Joomla backend. If is possible, send me a temporary backend access to info(at)selfget.com, or we can schedule a remote support session using Team Viewer. As you prefer.

just tried to access but it seems the account is only enabled for the frontend, not for backend access. Can you check please?

Hi Jasper,
I was able to login, thanks for trust. Now I figured out which is the problem for your site. Let me try to explain...

Your new site is installed under /joomla30, and you have this rule:
From URL: ˆ/index.php/certificate-courses/
To URL: http://{siteurl}/joomla30/index.php/certificate-courses/{pathltrim /certificate-courses/}

So you are trying to redirect an URL related to the root site, not this Joomla under /joomla30. This is a problem, because the source URL is catched and managed by the site on the root folder and it doesn't seem a Joomla site.

I could try to suggest you a solution, but is not clear to me the final destination of this site under /joomla30. Is a temp site you will move or it should stays here?
