Ma deve esserci qualcosa che non va, probabilmente il fatto che ho già un
redirect che trasforma

/aaa/
in
/aaa-bbb/

qualche idea?

Hi,
to redirect:
www.miosito.it/aaa/index.php

To:
www.miosito.it/aaa-bbb/index.php?

The rule is:
From URL: ^/aaa/index\.php$
To URL: http://{siteurl}/aaa-bbb/{pathltrim /aaa/}?

The exsact question is:

to redirect:

to
www.miosito.it/aaa.html

where is solution?

Don't worry. Try this:
From URL: ^/aaa/index\.php$
To URL: http://{siteurl}/aaa.html
Request only: true (checked)
