clear your cache browser (redirections are cached). Just tested and works properly :)

So we made all changes in the above format and still causing loops.

For example:

From URL: ^/get-a-quote-now/paper-enrollment-forms$
To URL: http://{host}/get-a-quote

redirects to: sd.cloudaccess.net/get-a-quote-now/get-a-quote

even with clearing cache...

There are still a lot of rules to fix, like id 15, 26, 33, 35 and 143 The latter is the loop reason:
get-a-quote-now -> get-a-quote
