I am having a issue with my URL's when I created a XML sitemap

The xml sitemap replaced some characters in my url to question mark "?" symbol almost 200+

Is it possible to redirect to the url with out "?" symbol?

www.mysite.com/parent-category/sub-category/first? -url <- with-issue

www.mysite.com/parent-category/sub-category/first-url <- without issue (doesn't have the ? symbol)

I want to redirect the first url to the second one (without the question mark"?" symbol) is this possible

I guess this is a UTF-8 issue which got added to the URL when I created xml sitemap.

I didn't noticed this and added sitemap to the Search Engines. Now these URL got indexed and returning 404 error.

The position of "?" symbol varies with each URL.
