redirecting after removing a character in URL

Hi Kala,
create a rule to match and redirect only these URLs could be possible. To do this, as usualu, I need some full URLs to understand the pattern...
But there's something strange with the question mark position in the URL. Are you sure this is not a UTF-8 problem with your sitemap?

Thanks Luigi,
I guess this is a UTF-8 issue which got added to the URL when I created xml sitemap.
I didn't noticed this and added sitemap to the Search Engines. Now these URL got indexed and returning 404 error.
The position of "?" symbol varies with each URL.
I sent you few original links through email.
