Internal Redirect Not Working was created by david@davidbshapiro.com
I am trying to do an internal redirect from www.mealplanningmaven.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=407:pecan-sweet-potatoes&catid=87&Itemid=113 to blog.mealplanningmaven.com/recipes/roasted-chicken-with-apples-n-vegetables/

I have added the entire first URL to From and entire second URL in To. Do not want to skip any group (Not Sure how to do this). I set redirect to internal (I have a subscription). then unchecked all other boxes.

I enabled the plugin but when I navigate to blog.mealplanningmaven.com/recipes/roasted-chicken-with-apples-n-vegetables/ I am not being redirected.

Your help is appreciated

The domain coming from should be dev.mealplanningmaven.com not www.mealplanningmaven.com

Hi,
and sorry for delay. No need to escape the &. The rule should be (to match just this single page):
From URL: ^/index\.php\?option=com_content&view=article&id=407:pecan-sweet-potatoes&catid=87&Itemid=113$
To URL: http://blog.mealplanningmaven.com/recipes/roasted-chicken-with-apples-n-vegetables/
Request only: true (checked)

First set the redirection to 301 and check if it works (look at hits counter, and last visit field to check if a rule is working). After this you could try with internal redirect. Consider that internale redirect works well only if the server is the same (but should also work if you change the domain). Let me know...

Kind regards,
Luigi
