In the plugin you have only two options to manage canonicals, "Clean canonical link" and "Self exclude canonical", but no option to set a global canonical. This is the reason I told you to create a rule that matches ALL URLs and NOT set it as "Last rule". This will be applied as a "default" canonical to ALL pages, but you can create additional rules for other pages and override the canonical with a new value.

Nothing happens, as default no rel=canoncial appears.
"Clean canonical link" and "Self exclude canonical" are yes
I think i have to put some code in field canonical, in metatag options. Now it is blank.

Try to fill it with the following text:
{scheme}://{host}{path}{queryfull}
This will replicate the current URL for each page...
