Hi,
you can create rules using the "encode/decode" feature. You just need to know the URL you type in the address bar how is "encoded" before to be sent on the server, and you can do this opening the dev tools (F12 on chrome/firefox) and tracing the network requests. As example this piece:

Is encoded like this:
