Ok,
so if you want to see 2,3,4 then just put 2,3,4 in the keywords field.
Macro are little functions you can use in the rule definition to generate meta information dinamically. Consider that a rule is a regular expression, so a single rule can match more than one URL. But usually you need to have different meta info for any matched URL, so you can use macros. Is not for dummies, I know, but is very powerful, and once you got it you will never go without it.
You could take a fast look at this short tutorial:

Then I could support you to create your first complex rules. I'm sure you have not purchased an Enterprise subscription to just put "2,3,4" in the meta keywords...

like

<meta keywords> .............<meta keywords>
this module support meta keywords ....?

Yes,
in your rule just fill the "keywords" field, and leave all other fields empty.
