About author was created by print
I installed the component for canonical and author link.

But your author meta looks like this:

<link rel="author" content="plus.google.com/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" />

Should´nt it look like this:
<link rel="author" href="plus.google.com/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" />

Google don´t validate "content=" but only "href="

Hi,
Tag Meta set the "author" using the Joomla method:
$document->setMetaData('author', $items[$currentitem]->author);
