profile call in user module makes 500 error

profile call in user module makes 500 error was created by Casadevall
After a successful login and with other calls (.../user/get/status) working well, if I try ..../user/get/profile, it returns me a 500 error. do I need to activate or configure something more?

the error is:

[Mon Jan 29 19:22:44.358224 2018] [fcgid:warn] [pid 20359] [client 85.59.69.247:63722] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Class 'FieldsHelper' not found in /var/www/vhosts/wavecontrol.com/pre.wavecontrol.com/rfsafety/plugins/jbackend/user/user.php on line 775, referer: pre.wavecontrol.com/rfsafety/api/get/user/profile

I can do the login ok, also logout, and status at least. But when I try "..../api/get/user/profile", i have this error.

Web Server Apache
