Hello Luigi

i do what you advise (see picture ) but when i check hits counter nothing change ( still 14 )
. And in <head></head> i don't see any canonical links like this for this page :
<link rel=“canonical” href="www.dpieces.fr/catalogue/congelateur/charnieres-congelateur.html"/>

Do you have an other suggestion ? It will be great-full !

If the hits counter doesn't change it means the rule is not applied. In this case it could be due to another rule applied OR no rule at all (i.e. the rule is wrong, the plugin is disabled, and so on). But in your case I see hits > 0 so the rule has worked at least for a while. If you have many rules, try to sort them for "last visit" and the first one after calling the page (it could be te rule applied). You can also enable debug mode in the plugin. This helps troubleshooting adding some information in the console.log of the page. Unfortunately I cannot sey more without backend access, but we could arrange a remote support session if needed. Let me know...
