i have purchased enterprise meta tags. but still showing enterprise .. see attachments..
please advise what i am doing wrong

Nothing wrong,
the help page is the same for both Community and Enterprise version.
You have installed the Enterprise (check about page) so you have all feature enabled.
Let me know if you need help for setup extension and rules.

i am unable to see meta keywords:
<meta keywords="2,3,4" />
Please let me know what i am doing wrong
find attachments page-1 and page-2 and page-3
