Enterprise v. Doesn't work Self exclude canonical was created by praktik_man

I was purchased an Enterprise version. In the advanced settings put "Self exclude canonical" and it doesn't work.
Now displays in the tags 2 canonical pages . Page itself and one that I ordered in plugin.

I bought the paid version of the program owned for this function and if it doesn't work , I would be quite free version.

Hi,
thanks for subscription and don't worry about the issue, we will solve (or I will refund you). Now please, help me to support you, I don't know your site's settings, what you have installed on, and so on.

At the moment I just see two canonical:

<link href="http://www.topguard.ua/ru/contacts.html" rel="alternate" hreflang="ru-RU" />
<link href="http://www.topguard.ua/en/contacts.html" rel="alternate" hreflang="en-GB" />
<link href="http://www.topguard.ua/contacts.html" rel="canonical" />

I would ask you first to set the option "clear canonical" to yes, clear all cache (browser and server side) and check what happens. Another question is, I would like to replicate your settings on my site, could you please tell me what you are using for translations? The Joomla native multi-language feature or an additional extension?

The Joomla native multi-language feature.
When i clear cash and set Clean canonical link I have this result
